Missing data from text fields

    HI, I’m using an up to date version of Tap Notes on an iMac and MacBook Air and recently I have been experiencing wierd missing text entered into text fields. For example, I will type in the various fields, names, tel numbers etc. and when I switch from the newly created record to a previously created record I find that the previous record has missing text from fields I had entered tewxt into. If I then sweitch back to the record just created the sa,me thing occurs.

    This is worrying as I cannot afford to lose information entered into the fields.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Hadge,

    Does this happen if you quit Tap Forms and then launch it again and then enter in information into your fields?

    I’m wondering if maybe something has happened to your database file.

    Would you be able to email me a current backup of your document so I can inspect it to see if there’s any damage that’s preventing it from saving values?
