    *Reproduction*

    Using Tap Forms 1.8.2 on iPhone 3GS

    0.) Configure TapForms with a pass code and Auto-Lock of Immediately

    1.) Go to Tools->About Tap Forms

    2.) Wait until your iPhone locks and goes black (mine takes 60 secs)

    3.) Wake up iPhone by pressing Home button

    Whoops! TapForms returns without asking for a pass code
