I am working on new software concept. So I use TapForms to write down my thoughts and pieces of information that I think could be useful in designing the software. I have created a simple form with 4 fields:
– Title
– Notes
– Category (to divide the records into different groups)
– Continue
The last field, Continue, is actually a many-to-many form link to the same form. This gives me an opportunity to chain pieces as I advance in my design process. For example I have decided that I need a Product Page. Then I linked this record with another, where I was specifying about products and categories of products. The products/categories record is linked to 2 different records that detail about the database tables about two.
So basically I am using TapForms as a mind mapping application. This is so great! The only thing that is missing from this nice picture is a visual view of linked records (sorts of a graph). But I am hoping that in a distant future (around version 12.4.9) Brendan will have the time to implement this….
