    When I tried to migrate from TF4 to TF5 on iOS based device, I receive a pop-up message shown wrong encryption key is used.

    How can I disable the encryption key ?

    Or Is these any alternative way to migrate data from TF 4 to TF 5 ?

    I’ve submitted an update to Apple which fixes a migration problem that could cause a crash when migrating from 4 to 5.

    Is your database file encrypted in version 4? You can either provide the encryption key to Tap Forms for the migration or you can decrypt your database in version 4 and then migrate it.

    Thanks for your reply.

    Current TF 4 data is not encrypted. I think this situation might be caused due to TF crashed after encryption in 2 years ago. And my database size increase from 1-200 MB to currently 1.7 GB in past period of time.

    Under this situation, do I have a chance to move my data from TF 4 to TF 5 ?
