I used this type of relationship but was surprised that I couldn’t unlink the inputs.
The only option is to delete the associated entries.
Conversely, the one to many relationship makes it possible to unlik without delete.
If I understand correctly, I can’t unlink the child entry C associated with the parent P or there is something that I didn’t understand ?

You should be able to unlink a many-to-many. Which version of Tap Forms are you using? Mac or iOS?
You should be prompted if you want to unlink or delete when you click the [-] button to delete a record from the many-to-many table.
