Issue with typing time in custom layouts

I’ve put some hour fields in custom layouts to fill them more easily. If I fill one of these fields by typing in the default layout everything is OK all day long but if I do it (typing) in the custom layouts during the afternoon 8:00 becomes 20:00 and I need to correct PM/AM within clicking the clock (…and my hour system preference is well toggled on 24h).
Did I miss something ?

So is this a Number field with the HH:MM Number Formatter?

Hi Brendan,
These are Number fields with a H:mm formatter, I’ve chosen H instead of HH cause I need to put these values in SMS for appointments and I don’t want to send 09:15 but 9:15.
But I don’t know if there’s a difference between mm and MM…
On which mail can I send you the form if necessary ?

I’ve tried to change the formatter to H:MM or HH:MM this afternoon (AM all is fine) and it’s worse : same issue plus one minute added (typing 8:00 gives 20:01)
