I have got 14 forms in my Database. One of them keeps disappearing from the Forms List (both My Forms and All Forms view). I can still access and add records from the parent form. Until recently the Forms count on the bottom of the left hand pane was 14, now it has turned to 13. When I click on a record of that form from the parent form I can see the form in the form editor pane on the right side and if I change its category there the form reappears in my Forms List, first with a record count of “null” and when I click on it it shows the full count (but Forms count is still 13). But every time I either close and open TapForms or do a backup the form disappears again. First and second Sort-Field is specified. I am getting worried I may loose data and a lot of work.

I would suggest using the Export Tap Forms Archive command to export all your forms to a .tfarc file.
Then make a new document and re-import the .tfarc file into your new document.
See if that resolves the disappearing form. Do it when you have that form visible.

Same thing happens with the new document and Form count is still 13. I could see my form at first but after closing and reopening TapForms it was gone again.
With the new document I tried exporting the form that goes missing, deleting and then reimporting it and it does not appear. I tried the same with another form and it worked
And are you sure you don’t have that form marked as Hidden? If you do, it’ll only show up when you have the All Forms list displayed. If you have the My Forms list displayed, then all hidden forms and those forms that have 0 records in them will not be visible.
The Checkbox “Formular Ausblenden” (German – I guess that is the hide checkbox) is unchecked. And the form does not show up in either of the views (All Forms / My Forms)
