Feature Request : Form Icon on the main screen

Hi folks,

I use this app since a few weeks and I’am very happy with it.

My primary usage is to register informations from emergency calls.

To do this faster, It would be great to have an icon on the main screen of my iphone as a direct link to add a new record in my form.

To do this the app needs a function like the feature of the safari browser who allows to link a bookmark as a new icon on the main screen.

I have no idea if it’s tecnically possible and if other users are interested on this feature.

Hello Jaeger,

I’m not sure this type of thing is possible. The only way an app can modify the main screen is by putting a red badge on the corner of the icon, usually indicating the number of items that need attention.
