Hi, when I have completed a report I press email record, then press pdf. The email page comes up with a greyed out arrow. I put an address in but the arrow remains greyed out and doesn’t allow me to send email
Do you also have a valid From email address selected?
Hi, I have looked through app tools and iPad settings but can’t see where to add an email address
after you put in the email make sure your cursor is in the body of the email then it may resolve.
The from email address doesn’t come from Tap Forms. It comes from the operating system. I was just trying to think of a reason why the Send button was disabled and that came to mind, since you already selected the To: email address. Emails don’t have to have a subject or body. The only required fields are the From: and To:/Cc:/Bcc: fields.
