    I have got a new device – iPad. I have backed up the database. Uploaded the backup file to Dropbox. Then I downloaded the file on my new device. Restored it. I have a form with an encryption key. After the restore I can open and work with all other forms, except the encrypted one. Any advice?

    Hi Igol27,

    Just set the encryption key on your new device. The Security Settings screens should say “Set Encryption Key” instead of “Change Encryption Key”. Make sure you used the EXACT same key as on your other device or there will be no getting the data back.
