Steve CleggParticipantHi there, Ive created an entry and it seems to have synced OK (iCloud) from my MacBook to my iPhone. I currently have two items, the first item open seamlessly on my iPhone but the second item “Apple” when selected highlights, doesn’t open and freezes the App. after a short period, the App closes down.
Is this a bug or as a newbie, am I doing something glaringly wrong?

BrendanKeymasterHi Steve,
It could be that you have a Note field in your form that’s having troubles rendering. I would suggest going to the Customize Form screen for your form, finding any Note fields and setting the # Summary Lines value to 0. That’ll tell Tap Forms to display the entire contents of a note instead of truncating it. Sometimes, depending on the content of a Note field, iOS does not handle it very well, especially if there are tables in the Note field or images or other things.
I’m just guessing of course as I don’t know what else you have in your form. If you’d like me to take a look at it closer for you, please send me a backup to support@tapforms.com
Thanks,
Brendan

Steve CleggParticipantHi Brendan,
Thanks for the update.
I can’t explain what happened but I have managed to fix it.
Even if I duplicated the offending record exactly the same thing happened, but I noticed as I added other records there were no issues.
To fix, I created a brand new record (identical in content to the offending record), it synced trouble free and opened, displayed, behaved as it should. I then deleted the other two records that were being problematic (the original problem record and the copy of the problem record).
M<any thanks for the support. I’m just getting into Tap Form and loving it. Currently walking before I start to run. I’m sure you will see me on here in the future asking silly “how do I” questions, so apologies in advance 😏Cheers,
Steve
