Default Value for "Notes"

Hi,

When selecting the “Note” option for a form field, is there a way to create a default value for that particular note field? I do see the “default value” box in the field properties but it doesn’t seem to carry over to the actual note field.

Hi Dom,

The default value setting is only effective when creating brand new records too. Even if your note was empty before and you go to edit it, it will not put the default value in there unless creating a whole new record.
