    Hi,
    I would like to change sync method from IBM Cloudant to iCloud, are there any precautions to take before making the change or is it enough to disable one and enable the other service?

    hi Lorenzo,

    In this scenario I would first start by disabling Cloudant sync on each device and remove the document from all but a single copy on your primary device.

    Then enable iCloud sync on that primary device. Wait for it to finish syncing.

    Close the document, then open it again. Wait for a second sync round to complete.

    Next, close the document again and then use the Send Document function to send a copy of that document to your other devices.

    Now open the document on the other devices, one at a time and enable iCloud sync. Wait for it to complete again and move on to the next device.

    That should do it.

    Although I haven’t used Cloudant syncing in a while, it generally synced faster than iCloud sync.
