The Captcha to log in is crazy – just took me 5 tries to get it to work. Not sure if others are having issues?
That’s provided by Google. It helps to prevent the bots from spamming the forum. I don’t really have much control over it other than to turn it off completely, but that would be a bad idea. Sorry for the trouble.
Me too! ALL the time. And when I have managed to login, it doesn’t show that I am. I have to go to Support and then back to forums, still not showing logged in, and then when I select and go to the forum, I AM! Just what happened to post this.
Neither does ticking notify of reply by email do any good, I have NEVER had an email saying there has been a reply to a post.
I don’t know why the form behaves that way. It’s just a WordPress plugin I use called BBPress. I didn’t write it, so it happens to me also. I just click around a bit after I know I logged in with the right password then it shows that I am logged in.
