    I’m trying to print a simple list with 3 fields, using “table of records” in print dialog. The type is tiny, but having trouble enlarging it. I’ve changed from 13pt to 18pt in my 3 field layout, but the change isn’t showing when I print a PDF. Maybe because “table of records” is the layout in play?

    How do I increase text size in this situation?

    Also: how can I make columns wider in “table of records view?” For one of my fields, the text gets cutoff, the column is not wide enough.

    Hi Jim,

    Table of Records is a fixed format layout to print in a tabular format. One option you have to be able to customize the font size is to use a custom Label layout. However with that you don’t get a header, which may not be ideal for your situation.

    The more columns or wider your columns are, the smaller the font size will be (up to a point). Play around with the field widths and see if that helps a bit.
