    This must be my day for weird things happening with Tap Forms.

    I have tried to restore a backup copy but when I go to select the file, the backup files is in light gray and can’t be selected. See attached screenshot.

    Any thoughts on this? Thank you.

    Hi Gary,

    Hmm… Are you using the Restore command available from the main Database Documents window? Or are you using one of the Import commands?

    Thank you Brendan for being so responsive.

    I think my problem can be identified as “operator error”. I do not often do a “restore” and yes, I was trying to do an import instead of the “restore” command from the main Database Documents window. I was able to restore via the latter. All is well!

    Hi Gary,

    I’m glad you figured it out.

    The Import commands don’t support importing zip files, so that’s why they’re disabled.
