Hi – I’ve got 2 computers running Yosemite and one iPad with IOS Mac, so I shouldn’t be having a problem syncing, but it fails every time. I went into the iMac and the iPad and changed the encryption key, but on my MacBook Air, I am unable to do anything with the encryption key. It says SET Encryption Key – not Change, so it’s like it was never set. But then when I click that I get a window that says Set New Encryption Key. When I try to add one, it doesn’t take. The Save Encryption Key button turns blue, but nothing happens when I click it. I’ve uninstalled TapForms twice and re-downloaded. Still no luck. I have no idea if I have a key there or not. Is there a place in the Library>Application support that holds that key that I can delete?
Hi Colleen,
I posted a topic about this very issue at the top of the forums here:
Set Encryption Key not working on Mac 3.0
There’s a simple workaround. I have fixed it already for the next update.
Thanks,
Brendan
