Bundle upgrade not working

    I bought the tapforms 5 bundle upgrade on my phone. All fine. But when I go to my iPad or other iPhone it recognises that I bought the bundle but won’t let me either buy the bundle nor download it from the bundle. Any idea what’s going on? Photo attached.

    Hmm… that’s really weird.

    I would suggest logging out of the App Store and logging back in again.

    Then go directly to the Updates tab on the App Store, tap on your account icon. Then tap on Purchased. You should see Tap Forms 5 listed there. You don’t have to pay again for it.
