Hello,
Sometimes the opening of Tapforms is very long and sometimes he(it) closes after some minute of wait(expectation). Is it a problem Iphone, Tapforms or a contents of the database? I specify that the application is used during a nonstop day and that it contains approximately 200 erased index cards(forms) then seized with new index cards(forms).
Excuse my little literary Englishman but I use an automatic translator.
Cordially
It’s possible your iPhone is trying to replay an SQLite journal log file from when it may have crashed before. If it takes a while to start and then stops, then that could be the issue. Try a few more times to see if it comes back.
If not, you may have to remove Tap Forms and start again. Did you make a backup using SyncDocs before? Or at least a backup in iTunes? You could extract the backup using the application at http://mobilesyncbrowser.com/ that will help you extract your backups from iTunes. Alternatively if you’re using iPhone OS 3, you can use the free program here if you’re on a Mac: http://supercrazyawesome.com
The file you’re looking for is called TapForms_db.sqlite.
Thanks,
Brendan
