bug report : data shifts when adding lines in table type field

Hi Brendan,

I came across this reproductible bug.

in any table field that has several columns:

1. input data in row x
2. while the last cell is highlighted, click on “+” to add a row

the result is that cells are moving around, eg some data from line 1 is now on line 2
