    Hi Brendan,

    I just run into an issue while trying to perform an backup on our Mac. I have accidentally chosen a folder where I did not have had write permissions. Tap Forms started the backup but just showed up with a (never ending & calculating) progress bar; there was no message or timeout coming up, so I had to terminate Tap Forms, make the folder writable and this time the backup was successful in just a few minutes.

    Hi Yogi,

    Was that a network folder or a local folder on your Mac?

    Hi Brendan,

    it was a folder on our iMac HD. The folder location is at users/shared, for any reason my user had no permissions on that folder.

    ah ok. Thanks. I’ll test that out. I would have expected it to throw an error.
