Autopopulate email address when emailing a record

My database has an email field is there any way to have this field autopopultate the email address field when emailing a record?

Thanks for the feature request. I guess if you had multiple email address fields I would have to then prompt you to choose which one to use.

This something I would like to do as well. I want create a grade book for my classes. Each record contains name and email address and grades. I want to send each record to the respective student at the end of the semester. Is there a way to do this automatically?

Hi John,

I’m sorry but Tap Forms doesn’t have an automatic way of choosing the email address to send to. You would have to copy the email address and then paste that email address into the To field of your email.

The Mac version can compose an empty email to a list of contacts though. You use the Email Selected Addresses function in the Edit menu for that.

I need this functionality as well— would be especially nice to have a default cc or bcc as I’m going to have to copy/paste both my email and the customers each time
