If I export a form as a “xx.tarc” and then import it with another name “new.tarc”, it seems to disappear. Does it replace the original form and the “new” name disappear? It seem so.
I want to make a copy to make experiments on so I don’t ruin it. I’ve already screwed up one by making a change and I have to start over again with that one. Learning…
It replaces the original. Internally the archive has the same IDs as form, fields, and records from whence it came. So importing into the same document will simply update the form.
If you want a copy of the form, import it into a new document.
