This is a last straw type of problem. None of my images anywhere in my forms. That’s thousands of images missing. No thumbnails, nothing. I thought I’ve been syncing, but not seeing anything in my icloud tells me that maybe I’ve been deluded everytime I hit that sync button. Still, where are my images? Any help appreciated TF 3.5.4 and El Capitan.
Hi Josh,
If you look in iCloud Drive, do you see a folder there for Tap Forms? And in that folder is there a Photos folder?
You could also look in the following folder for your images:
~/Library/Containers/com.tapforms.mac/Data/Documents/
You can copy the above path and then in the Finder, press command-shift-g and then paste the above path into the field that displays. Click the Go button. You should see a Photos folder there. Are any of your photos there?
Is the Enable Sync checkbox turned off on your Mac perhaps?
Do you have your photos on any other devices or a recent backup you can restore them from? Time Machine perhaps?
Thanks,
Brendan
Thanks for responding. I will answer the many questions.
No folder in iCloudDrive…So no photos folder either.
Yes! All is not lost. They are at that path.
Enable sync. I cannot find anywhere that’s indicated on or off.
Time machine always. I think it was just a matter of finding the right path.
Now the question is, how do I get them all to re-populate?
Hmmm, hard crash and now it all works. Images are back. Thanks for the help. Repopulation instructions would be good for posterity.
