    Hey Brendan

    Im using TF 5.0 5.3.3 on my iPhone 8 ios 12.1. I have a due date field with a date/time alert setup and TF notifications are ‘on’ in settings however when the alert date/time is triggered I don’t see any type of alert on the home screen or on the app icon (badges is on) and the ‘alert’ button is automatically toggled off. The repeat frequency is ‘never’. Am I missing something and what way does the alert preset itself ?

    Hi Louie,

    I see that now. I’ll look into this issue.

    In the meantime, perhaps use Calendar as your alert mechanism. Tap the Add to Calendar button to add the record to your Calendar.

    I know that Apple deprecated the notification framework I’m using for alerts a while back but I still support iOS 10.3, so I needed to keep using it. Maybe they finally pulled the plug.
