Hello Tap Forms Forumers!
Question regarding adding a calendar event to iCal (MacOS Calendar app) from Tap Forms. Each time I enter a date in a date field I have created, I see an “Add to Calendar” button. However, it’s always grayed out. What conditions need to be met for it to be active?

Hi Chris,
It could be you didn’t give Tap Forms privacy permissions to access your calendar. Check that in the Security & Privacy settings preferences panel in the System Preferences application on your Mac.
Thanks!
Brendan
And just like that, it works like a charm!
Thanks again for the great support Brendan.
To you and everyone on this forum, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Hi Chris,
Excellent! I’m glad that worked for you.
You also have a Merry Christmas!
Thanks!
Brendan
Good Morning Brendan- As always, great work with Tapforms. Also, Happy ’21!
I don’t have the option to add Tapforms to Calendar Privacy. I also don’t see an option to add a calendar Apt to my calendar within a TapForms Calendar field. Is there something I need to do in TapForms to force OS X to add Tapforms to Calendar?
Setup:
2018 MBP on 10.15.7 TF: 5.3.17
Thanks and Happy ’21!

Hi MrBill
Make sure you’re using a Date & Time field instead of just a Date field.
Thanks!
Brendan
Excellent. That did it. Many thanks and have a nice week.
