3.5.3 Build 668 · Attachments gone

Hi Brandan,

I just noticed again that TapForms is not storing my attachments properly respectively reliable.

I had to do my financial paperworks and I use Tap Forms to keep track of my receipts. I use Tap Forms to assign unique numbers in an increasing manner. I use a notice field and needed to copy information from an older entry, when I realized that the attachments fields still do have the name of the attachment but there was no icon in front. So I’m not able to open the original receipt.
Where even older entries started to have the attachment icon again and are able to be opened. So there are just a few attachments in row that are missing.

Which would be essential and very important if I’m getting a proof and need to present my receipts to the inspector.
I don’t know if the current version or an older version was causing the trouble or the sync problems or any other issue.

What can I provide or do to make you find the issue and fix it?
