Backup Command/Backup on quit: any difference?

    Hello,

    Is it safer to use the Backup Command or the Backup on quit? Should one use both, or is it safe enough to use only Backup on quit?

    (Actually, I don’t understand if those two methods produce different results.)

    Hi Olivier,

    They both produce the same result. The Backup on Quit function will only make a backup if you make a change to the database and then you quit the app. The regular Backup command just lets you make a backup file whenever you want. The Backup on Quit function does make a backup file into the folder you specify on the General settings screen. So you can choose where the backup files are stored.
