Modifying pick list

    I’m using tapForms 5.3.37 (1106) for ios 17.6.1 on my iphone se and am having trouble changing the Pick Lists for a document. The steps I’m doing are:

    1. Open document
    2. Click the tools icon at the bottom on the right side
    3. Click on Edit Pick Lists
    4. Click the first item in the list
    5. I’m unable to click the Add values… at the bottom (even though the add values is in blue, when I click it doesn’t do anything)

    How do I modify the values?

    I think the issue is that you have you list of values obtained by a separate Form and Field. If you change it to Use Values from from Values List, then you will be able to add a value. If you still want the values to come from that other form, then go to that form to add a new record there into the Ailes field.

    I did have Use value as Value List. I had an entry in Form and Field. I removed the entry I had for the Field and it fixed the issue I was having. Thanks.
