Ratings type “is not empty” does not work

    I have a field name “Rating” which is of type Rating. (Sorry for the naming).

    I set up a search criteria using this field.  When the selection criteria. is set to “is not empty”, then no records are selected.

    I then set it to “is not” 0(zero) then the records are selected.

     

    This seems like a bug to me.
