I had used Tapforms when I was on a Mac 2 years ago, went to Windows for work, so I stopped, and now I’m back to a Mac.  I still have the files I used then in the cloud. What I forgot is how do I take one of my databases and copy the form and start over now.

    Thanks

    Hi Rick,

Which version of Tap Forms did you have?

If you have the .tapforms documents, then you can just open them up. But I’d copy them to you Mac’s hard drive instead of leaving them in the cloud. The SQLite file embedded within a .tapforms document doesn’t like to be read and written to on a cloud system such as iCloud Drive or Dropbox.

Or is it a backup file you have saved in the cloud somewhere? If so, just use the Restore command in the File menu to restore your backup file.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
