I’m using:
– macOS 10.15.4
– iOS 13.5
– Tap Forms Mac 5.3.11
– Tap Forms iOS 5.3.12
I got many forms in a database synced via iCloud, but only two forms show in Tap Forms on my other Mac and iPad.
The original database is 14.2 MB, but on my other Mac it’s 4.1 MB.
There’s no error shows when syncing manually, and nothing in the console.
I’ve been using iCloud for syncing in the first place.
Would anyone give some advice to locate where the problem is? Thanks.
Hi Jonathan,
I would suggest using the Send Document function to send a copy of your original document to your other Mac. Then try making a change and see how that goes.
Instructions for that are here:

Thanks,
Brendan
Let’s say my original database is called OriginalDB, which is created on my main Mac MB-1. I send it to MB-2 and move it into Tap Forms as CopyDB.
The OriginalDB is 14.2 MB, but CopyDB is 13.8 MB, this right after I sent the file without any change.
For some forms, it syncs well.
For other forms, my change in CopyDB can be sync back to OriginalDB, but changes in OriginalDB can not be synced to CopyDB.
And I tried the same thing with my iPad, still can not sync.
Then I download Tap Forms on my iPhone. If I download database from iCloud, only some of all forms are downloaded, even after the copies of original databases with all the forms on MB-2 and iPad are synced (at least shows to be).
I checked my iCloud storage is sufficient.
