    Hi there,

    I did an import to update a database of 160 records and all of the photos are gone. They do not appear in the photos folder when using the web server, either. Is there a way to recover these?

    Hi Ally,

    Did you use the CSV import and export function? CSV files are just text files. They can’t contain photos.

    Oh… is it possible you used the Files screen to import your records? If you do that, Tap Forms will create a new form for you rather than importing into an existing form. Perhaps you meant to import into an existing form that had records with photos already?
