AnonymousInactivedata/time filed with alert is a useful. please make a small revision to make it better.
1. let user to input a notification text string when alert option is selected;
2. display [ form name:field name : notification text string] in local notification popup window.
thanks.

BrendanKeymasterThis is a good suggestion and has been suggested once before. It would be good to just be able to simply select the field which you would like to have displayed in the alert.
Thanks!

lgol27ParticipantDoes it mean that you are thinking of implementing it?

BrendanKeymasterI am always thinking about which features to add. Many great feature suggestions come my way every day. I couldn’t possibly implement them all, but this one is something I’ve thought about in the past. I make no guarantees which features get in and which don’t. But yes, I am thinking about this one. But it’s not one that I will be starting within the next few days or so. I’m focusing on bug fixes for the 2.1 release and I’m finally spending more time on Tap Forms Mac now.
Thanks,
Brendan

lgol27ParticipantI understand that you are bombarded with new features’ requests. And I am sure that you can’t win all the battles, so you have to choose your battles wisely. That’s why I asked if you were thinking about it, and didn’t ask when it is gonna be implemented. I don’t want to bother you or to distract you. I want to help. I know when working alone, sometimes you need someone to talk to, about the work. So, I am trying to keep the conversation going. But if you find it annoying, I am perfectly happy with the work you have been doing, and I will just wait for the next release.
I think that desktop app is a great step for the app. But did you think about those(including me) that deny the progress of science and technology, and still use Windows? XML export/import could come handy (wink, wink).
Thank you again for the most awesome app that I have on my iPhone!
