May I know how does the Alert in Date & Time field works?
I have tick the Alert checkbox and set a date and time.
1. When it triggers, am I supposed to see the alert in Tap Forms?
2. Does Tap Forms has to be running in order to see the alert?
3. Why is the “Add to Calendar” disabled?

Hi Aik,
Do you have notifications enabled for Tap Forms? If not, then the Alert feature won’t function properly. You should see the alert even if Tap Forms is not running. But only if your privacy settings allow notifications for Tap Forms.
You may have Calendar access dibbled in the Privacy settings for Tap Forms and that’s why the Calendar option is disabled.
Calendar access is ok now. It’s due to privacy settings.
Notifications has been enabled.
What about the Mac version of TapForms? Does it have to be running to see the alert? Or no need?

There’s no need for the Mac app to be running to receive a notification. It uses the system’s notification manager to display the notifications.
