Missing row during import

    I try to import a file with 1290 rows. Some rows contain Thai. When I transfer the file to my iPhone and try to import. It can import only 226 rows.

    On import setting for file encoding, I set to “Automatic”.

    Hello dumpce78,

    I’m sorry for the very late reply. I didn’t see your post here.

    Anyway, please make sure you have your file in UTF-8 or UTF-16 encoding format and then make sure you set Tap Forms to also use one of those formats for importing. Those are the best encodings to use for international characters. Another thing to check is to make sure you have the same number of column delimiters in the header row as you have in each of your data rows.
