I’ve been trying for a while to import a CSV into TapForms. I got the file to transfer via webdav with no problem, but whenever I go to import, it pops up a status screen that says “Please wait” and then crashes. Help?

It might be a file encoding issue. Make sure that the import encoding is set to the same type as the encoding for the file itself. Then try again. Also, make sure you have the same number of delimiters in the header as you do in all the data rows.
If you would like to send the file to support@tapforms.com I can look at it for you and tell you what might be wrong with it or what encoding you need to use.
