Hi I was just wondering what the email capabilities are on this programme?. I want a database app for tracking a youth group membership but also a games database. Both these databases will require information to be emailed to others in formats they can open, is this possible with tap forms? The programme looks great, currently I have bento but it has no email capabilities and even the desktop version will try and lock me to bento users, i need greater flexabilitiy than that.

I have responded to you via your email question, but for the benefit of others reading this post, I’ll copy it here:
Yes, Tap Forms can email a record or a list of records right from within the app. When emailing a list of records, Tap Forms compiles a CSV (comma separated values) text file and then adds it as an attachment to the email. You can also email a single record which will include any photos and audio files as attachments to the text of the record.
