Help! Data suddenly disappeared!

    Howdy,

    I have been using Tapforms on my iPad for over two years, and I use it to record customer interactions every week. I opened Tapforms today, and the last nine months of records were gone! The last records remaining are from January, 2018. Please help, I need to get this data back for regulatory reasons. I have been using iCloud sync on Tapforms 4.

    Also, I noticed when I launched Tapforms and use Touch ID to open the program, it does not take me to the page where I can choose the database to use. It goes straight to the last database I had used.

    Never mind. Total brain fart. I opened the prior version, of tap forms which was still on my iPad.

    <now where is that sheepish smiley face?>
