Ok so upgraded to Mojave and everything fine yesterday. Today the Forms list has expanded and will not shrink back or be manipulated in any way even though I get the cursor available to move the vertical… this results in a squashed up data window which also will not resize and is not giving a cursor to resize it or the overall window to make it bigger across the screen. If I go to full screen I get this attached. If I then esc provided I have selected the three column display (furthest left display choice) rather than the next right format for display it goes back to normal…..

Hmm.. I have not seen that issue before.
Try resetting the Tap Forms preferences by first quitting Tap Forms, then launching the Terminal application and copying and pasting this command in:
defaults delete com.tapzapp.tapforms-mac
Then launch Tap Forms again. That should reset the window and split view panel dividers positions back to their defaults.
