I am trying to move large database (over 3 GB) from Cloudant Sync to Nearby Sync, but can’t get synced because of OSStatus error -9806.

Is there any way to fix this?

    Hello Jun-ichi,

Using iTunes File sSharing will the quickest way to get your file across.

But the error is some sort of SSL connection error. I would try rebooting. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and re-installing Tap Forms and see if that solves the problem. Backup your data first.

Is the error on macOS or iOS?

It is between Mac and iOS. Rebooting does not work.

I would try re-installing when I have time.

So the error displays on the Mac version as well as the iOS version?

Ya, try re-installing the iOS version to see if that solves the problem.

In the Mac version you could delete the keychain entries from the Keychain Access application that have “tfx-peer-sync” in the name and also any entries that have the same “db-” value as you have for your Document ID for the document you’re having troubles syncing. You can find out the Document ID on the Document Info screen by tapping on the (i) button on the main Documents view.
