Hi
I upgraded my iPhone from a 6S Plus to an iPhone X at the weekend.
The iPhone X was setup by restoring the most recent iCloud backup, however when I launch Tap Forms on my iPhone X all I get is a screen saying “Tap Forms Encryption Key” and thats it, it did say something about an invalid key but this only happened once, I do know what the key is, but dont see a way to enter the key into the app, I have looked at the apps settings in General but again dont see anything. Tap Forms works fine on the iPhone 6S plus.
I used to have a MAC some years back but dont own one now, I have had no issues with Tap Forms for iPhone prior to the phone upgrade.
I really hope you can help.
Thanks
I have figured it out.
I disabled logging into the app using FaceID which then prompted me for a password upon app launch.
I entered the password which opened the app and displayed my databases
I then changed the app back to use FaceID as it now has the password from above and all is working again.
Thanks
I’m glad you got that working again. It seems that the secure Keychain entry doesn’t get transferred over when you get a new iPhone. Toggling FaceID and entering your password once seems to fix it.
