How do you explain this ? Informations about the name is on form without title (bottom of the picture) but doesn’t exist on the main window…

I’ve seen that happen before when a field gets deleted from the form.
Did you delete the Nom field recently?
If you email me a backup of your document I can inspect it and see if I can fix it for you.

I’ve deleted your post because I’m sure you didn’t want the whole world to get access to your database. That’s why I suggested emailing it to me.
