Weird issue. All records gone!

    Today I opened TF to work in it.
    In the list I see how many record are in the folder.
    As soon as I click on the folder, the records go back to “0”.
    And then nothing is in the folder.

    I stopped TF, restored the last backup and all records were back.
    But again, as soon as I click on a folder, it goes back to zero.

    It does not happen if I open the sample database.

    Hi René,

    Did you have a power failure or shutdown your computer without first quitting Tap Forms? It sounds like your database file has become corrupted unfortunately. You’ll need to restore to a prior backup until this no longer happens. If you’re syncing with Cloudant, then all the records will be updated to the latest versions that were saved.

    That solved the problem, Brendan.
    I sync with nearby devices, not Cloudant.
    Must have been a power issue.

    By the way, just yesterday I managed to solve the power outage problem. So version 5.1 of Tap Forms will have the fix for this.
