    As Cloudant isn’t working for me (see other post), I thought I would try the local sync version.

    After copying across the database, my iPhone TF5 showed my OSX machine, but not the other way around. So I synched from the iPhone. Once that had been set up, the iPhone only then appeared on OSX.

    Also, it’s really not clear whether I need to set up bi-directional sync at all.
