Hello Support… I am using a Number field and have it set to Auto-Increment. All works great when creating a new record but I am adding this field to an existing form with existing records. I seem to recall in the past that I was able to manually enter number values and then just set the Default Value so new records would progress from there.
Does not seem that I am able to select inside my newly created number field, which is set to Auto-Increment. Perhaps this is no longer available or I have something misconfigured. Would value your assistance.

May of just figured it out… Noticed that if I disable the Auto-Increment field preference that I can then manually enter number values. Once I have all my records manually updated with the correct numbers I can then set the field to Auto-Increment from the last value.
Is this the correct way to go about this?
