How do I substitute the list of date with something more useful or get rid of it altogether?

the mac user manual on the support page is helpful. You can change what and how records are shown in the list by using the form settings on the right. See box in my attachment. I am not sure that is what you need? Hope it helps.

Lawrence, i will try to be more clear. The order of your fields determines what is shown in the single view list. You can change how many fields are shown, up to five. You can change how the records are grouped and sorted by the drop down lists. You can also show the field title. Play around to get what you are looking for. Sorry, I was not to clear earlier. These are my first posts. I just started using Tap Forms last week. Really fun software to work with. Good Luck.

Lawrence, additionally if you have a Photo field, if you drag it to the first position in the list of fields, Tap Forms will generate a thumbnail image that will appear to the left of the next 5 fields. So in that way you can actually have up to 6 fields displayed in single-column list view mode.
