Hi Brendan,
I have got a feature request:)
It would be nice to be able to send a custum layout (on the mac) direct by email like some apps from apple support. This would avoid to print and send PDF as an email.
This reuqest is of course not as high on my list as the link fields….
Keep up the good work.
Gilles
Hi Gilles,
Which Apple apps are you referring to and what format for the email? Are you saying that you don’t want a PDF version of the layout? Or are you saying you want to remove one step from the process and not have to select Print first before you email the PDF file?
Thanks,
Brendan
Hi Brendan,
I refer to the share button found in numbers, pages, finder etc… This way you can send by email, message or airdrop right away.
This is obviously not very high on my wishlist. :)
Thanks
Gilles
Strange, my copy of Pages and Numbers has a Share button, but it only allows sharing a link to the document via iCloud.
Brendan,
my copy of numbers and pages do have a share menu with the third section share to..email, message, airdrop…
Are you using the latest version :-)
Leo
I believe so. Version 5.5.3.
See attached for my Share menu.

Brendan,
strange, I have a third option. Send copy…
That’s definitely strange as I don’t have that option. Not sure why. Not in Pages, nor in Numbers. Although in Keynote I have “Send a Copy” and a sub-menu showing Youtube.
