I think I have done things correctly, but I also am so new to Tap Forms that I would never have the confidence to rule out that I am missing something. I have searched the forums and done what I believe to be the fixes, but at the same time, I’m not certain how things are supposed to look. I apologize in advance if this has been answered 100 times.

So, I have two Mac, both on the same iCloud account. One is named “x” and one is named “y.” They are on the same network (I don’t know if this matters). When I set up sync, x is not listed as a registered device on y and y is not listed as a listed as a registered device on x. Mac x has a form that I have created that needs to be used on Mac y. I turned on sync on Mac x. I turned on sync on Mac y. Mac y never downloads the original form or anything of that nature.

Do I need to import this form on Mac y for it to work?

    Thanks,
    Ryan

    Hi Ryan,

Have you chosen iCloud as the Sync Service in Tap Forms? There’s a bit of an issue right now where the Cloud Sync popover just displays only that one machine because a Sync Service has not been selected. I’ve fixed that for the 3.5.1 update.

    Thanks,

    Brendan

    Hi Brendan,
This will effect me as well as I have the same situation as Ryan. Do you have an ETA on when this will be released?
    Thanks,
    Sue

    Hi Sue,

Well the solution for now is to just click on iCloud in the Sync Settings screen in the Preferences window. So you can fix it yourself for now.

    Thanks,

    Brendan
