    My database shows a list of people I’ve invited with a checkbox to show coming or not-coming. I now want to print a list of just the names who are coming. Can’t see how to do that. Can anyone help please?

    (Tap Forms is looking pretty good otherwise)

    Hi Thomas
    Make sure you are viewing the form concerned.
    Create a smart search for your fieldname of ‘invited’ = yes and then print those. (see screen shot for how to use the gear wheel and define searches) You can save this search as a smart search or just view the results. Hope that helps?

    Hi Thomas,

    This can also be done on iOS by tapping on the magnifying glass button just to the left of the Search field when viewing a list of records in your form.
